Speakers are by invitation only.
All invited talks are 20 minutes including time for 1-2 questions at the end.
Poster Session is reserved for young researchers and students working in theoretical and experimental fields on the subjects outlined by workshop topics: http://www.phys.utk.edu/blv2011/topics.html.
Partial travel support from workshop sponsors can be available for these young researchers and students, who should contact the Organizing Committee

with titles and abstracts of the proposed talks, as well as for additional information about travel support. Total number of poster applications in limited to ~ 20.
The location of the Workshop in one of the most beautiful and fun places in the US, which could motivate the participants to spend optionally few days (e.g. Wednesday September 21 and Sunday September 25) for going around with their families. Small side program for accompanying persons will be offered.
