To Physics faculty,

Pam and I have received several minor complaints from you that some particular performance item like service, outreach, funding, students etc. etc. was not listed on the workload form. In most (but not all!) of these cases it is because you had not listed it in the PAD database.

Bottom line: Whatever you have done, list it in the PAD database. If you don't, it will not get on the workload form and you will not get any credit!
