Physics Network Information Submission Form
(This is for Physics related system information only!)
If you already have a networked workstation or server set up, we
would appreciate it if you would tell us a little about
it in the form below.
The information you submit will be used to assist us in the First Responders
Program's objective of increasing campus network efficiency and also in tracking
equipment in the Physics Deparment.
