The Center of Excellence for Radioactive Ion Beam Studies for Stewardship Science (RIBSS) is a consortium of scientists from Rutgers University, University of Tennessee-Knoxville(UTK), Michigan State University (MSU), Louisiana State University (LSU), University of Notre Dame (ND), Tennessee Technological University (TTU), and Oak Ridge (ORNL) and Lawrence Livermore (LLNL) National Laboratories, with strong collaborations with low energy nuclear scientists at Los Alamos (LANL) and Livermore NNSA laboratories. All of its members are dedicated to forefront nuclear science involving radioactive ion beams.
