To download your information from the system just select the category of information to be downloaded and then select the format you wich to download it as.
Comma Seperated Value - .csv
Tab Seperated - .txt
Are the three different format that can be downloaded.
After the file has been generated just right click on the "Report" link and select "Save As..." and then the file should download.
